Shipping/Delivery Arrangements

Self-pickup or express delivery

-It is necessary to provide [input paper] [phone number] [full name] and [product name] otherwise it will not be accepted.
-Please bring your own shopping bag or pay HK$1/a plastic bag.
-The loft has to go through the stairs to reach the pickup area.
-Address: 4/F Ming Sang Industrial Building, 19 Hing Yip Street, Kwun Tong
-This store only has self-pickup service for the time being, and there is no retail at this stage.
-Store pick-up date and time: Mon-Sat 10:00am-5:00pm, (closed on public holidays)

"Tips"
60 days from the date of notification to pick up the goods on behalf of our store
Due to limited space, futures products will be processed separately without any liability certificate, and refunds or exchanges will not be processed.
If the goods are still in the warehouse, a HK$300 storage in and out fee will be charged.
Our store will not re-send email reminders because you forgot to pick up the goods for any reason.

Delivery arrangements

• In order to keep the quality of the food freshest, we will not store too many goods. Therefore, we will place an order first and then pick up the goods from the supplier. Generally, the supplier will dispatch the goods two to three working days before arranging for delivery The goods on the house usually take seven to ten days.

• If the typhoon signal No. 8 or above and the black rainstorm warning signal are hoisted, the delivery service will be suspended, and the delivery time will be postponed to the next delivery day in the area, or the customer can contact the store to make another arrangement.

• Our shop will notify the customer by phone before delivery, if no one hears the phone, the delivery may not be delivered

Delivery service

1. Any purchase over the specified amount (please refer to the picture above), you can enjoy the free shipping service provided by our store. (It usually takes about 7 working days after the supplier arrives)

2. Under normal circumstances, the goods will be delivered directly to the location designated by the customer. If there is no elevator at the receiving location, the delivery will be arranged downstairs. The broken elevator is rescheduled for delivery.

If you need to go up the stairs, another price will be quoted.

3. After 6pm, no delivery service will be provided on Sundays and public holidays.

4. If no one is expected to receive the goods, our shop may send it to the management office to collect it or put it at the door of the house. We will not be responsible for any loss.

5. The shop will inform the customer by phone before delivery. If the phone is unanswered, the delivery will not be made.

6. All cash coupons are not applicable to special/public price products, and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts. Cannot redeem cash and refunds.

7. If you find that there is a problem with the quality of the goods, please call our company within 7 days from the invoice date. If you find that the goods have deteriorated or damaged due to non-human factors, you can go to the store to arrange for a replacement of the goods. This shop does not accept any personal/pet preferences, tastes, tastes, personal care, etc. as reasons for return. The returned goods require complete packaging, accessories and instructions, and a HK$50 handling fee is required. If you use a paypal credit card, you must also pay 4% of the total purchase price. The company will decide whether to replace or not depending on different circumstances. If the damage is caused by the customer, the company reserves the right to refuse replacement.

8. New Territories village houses and suburban areas can only be delivered to the place by car. If the delivery requires an extra road to reach, an additional $30 will be charged each time.

9. The general delivery date is Monday to Saturday before 6pm. Delivery service is not available after 6pm, Sundays and public holidays. If you request a specified date/time/after 6pm/Sunday and public holidays, additional surcharges will be required (from $100 or re-quote)

10. If the customer can only receive the goods on Saturday, please allow 14 working days for the goods to arrive.

11. Due to road conditions, the delivery time may be changed, please pay attention, thank you

Freight collect

1. Our store will use SF Express to deliver

2. For the purchase of goods with weight display such as prescription grains, customers are required to calculate the weight by themselves and ask SF Express to calculate the shipping cost before purchasing. If you have any questions about shipping costs, please call the customer service hotline first.

3. When the checkout shows ``SF Express-Freight on delivery: $0.00'', it means that the store will not charge for it, and it does not mean that the order is free shipping.

4. Once the order is confirmed after payment, no return, exchange or refund service will be accepted.

5. Customers need to prepare SF Express fees when they are paid on their own.
